Units 5, 6, 7 and 8 will become available in May 2012 due to relocation. Although currently used by one company, the units can be split up and are very flexible in accommodation. In an attractive courtyard setting, the offices have their own allocated parking spaces at Shedfield House Dairy. Please contact the Estate Office if you are looking for space in 2012.

Estate sponsoring Wickham Beer Festival

The Estate is sponsoring a beer at the Wickham Beer Festival on 9th and 10th September, at the Wickham Community Centre. The event which has been held every April and September for the last three years is always a great success, with proceeds going to a number of local charities. New unit completed at Shedfield House Dairy

The Estate has completed the build of a designer workshop at the entrance to Shedfield House Dairy. This replaces a corrugated iron shed. Chris Loader of Hambledon www.chrisloader.co.uk who handled all the installation of the oak frames and oak cladding occupies the unit. He is going to develop it as his design workshop and studio for his bespoke carpentry and kitchens when the new workshops at Colliers Orchard are complete. Chris is taking one of the 750sq ft workshops for installation of his woodcutting machinery.
